Transfer Fee
Residents from the state of New Jersey must calculate
and include a Realty Transfer Fee with each settlement
statement. This is handled by the attorneys at closing.
Transactions by senior citizens, blind persons, disabled
persons, and on property that is qualified as low and
moderate income housing, have different calculations.
